In 2017 Emerge Christian Training Institute was established by Pastor Allen and Tammara Randall through their church Impact Ministries of Houston. Emerge was created to:

• Provide a quality Christian base program for those who are qualified and called to the practice of Christian care.

• Develop and support high ethical standards of training and practice requirements for the attainment of certification.

• Establish quality standards and requirements for recertification of its credentialed member, attesting to ongoing education and skill attainment in the practice specialty of Christian training.
